Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 8, 2026
This policy explains what PixRoute collects when you use pixroute.app, why we collect it, and what control you have over it. Questions: contact@pixroute.app.
What we collect
- Account data — your email address, display name, and (if you sign in with Google) your Google profile picture. Passwords are stored only as salted hashes.
- Content you submit — prompts you write and images you upload as references.
- Content we generate — the images and videos produced by your requests.
- Usage and billing records — credit balance, transaction history, and generation history.
- Analytics — standard web analytics such as pages viewed, approximate location by country, browser, and referrer.
We do not collect or store your payment card details. Card data is handled entirely by Stripe.
How we use it
- To run the service: generate your images and videos, track your credits, and show your creation history.
- To process payments and prevent fraud or abuse of free credits.
- To send service-related email such as account and billing notices.
- To understand aggregate usage so we can improve the product.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your prompts or generated content to train our own models.
Who we share it with
We share only what each provider needs to do its job:
- AI model providers — receive your prompt and any reference files, via our AI infrastructure partner, in order to run the model you selected. The provider behind the model you pick (such as Google, OpenAI, ByteDance, MiniMax, or Kuaishou) processes that request under their own terms.
- Stripe — processes payments and receives your email address.
- Cloudflare — hosts the site, database, and file storage.
- Google — only if you choose to sign in with Google, and only for authentication.
- Analytics providers — receive pseudonymous usage data.
We may also disclose data where required by law.
Where your files live
Reference images you upload and content generated for you are stored in Cloudflare R2 under unguessable, randomly generated paths, and are served from pixroute.app. They are not listed publicly or indexed by search engines, but anyone with the exact link can open the file — treat those links as private.
How long we keep it
- Account, credit, and transaction records: while your account is open, and afterwards where tax or accounting law requires.
- Uploads and generated content: until you delete them or close your account.
- Analytics: in aggregate form.
Your choices
You can request access to your data, correction, export, or deletion of your account and its content by emailing contact@pixroute.app. We respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under the GDPR, the UK GDPR, or the CCPA — this policy applies to you regardless of location.
Cookies
We use cookies that are necessary to keep you signed in (these do not require consent), plus — only if you accept them in the cookie banner — analytics cookies that measure usage. We do not run advertising cookies. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via the “Cookie Settings” link in the footer; declining or withdrawing does not affect your use of PixRoute.
Children
PixRoute is not intended for anyone under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will remove it.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above, and we will notify account holders by email before material changes take effect.
