These terms govern your use of pixroute.app. By creating an account or generating content, you agree to them. Questions: contact@pixroute.app.

What PixRoute is

PixRoute is an interface to third-party AI image and video models. We are an independent platform and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of Google, OpenAI, ByteDance, MiniMax, Kuaishou, or any other model provider. Model names are used only to identify which model your request runs on.

Your account

You must be at least 13 years old. Keep your email and Google account secure — you are responsible for activity under your account. One person or organization per account; creating multiple accounts to collect free credits repeatedly is not allowed and may result in suspension.

Credits

• Credits are a prepaid balance used to run generations. They are not currency, carry no cash value, and cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.
• The credit cost of each run is shown before you submit it. Cost varies by model, resolution, and duration.
• Per-model credit rates may change from time to time, for example when a model provider changes its pricing. Changes apply only to generations you submit after the change and never reduce credits already in your balance. Current rates are published on the pricing page; the cost shown at submission is the amount charged.
• Credits from one-time packs do not expire while your account is open. Credits included with a subscription are valid for the billing period they were granted in and expire when that period ends; if you upgrade mid-period, remaining subscription credits carry into the new period.
• If a generation fails on our side or on the model provider's side, the credits for that run are returned to your balance automatically.

Your content and rights

You keep ownership of the prompts and reference images you submit. As between you and PixRoute, you own the output generated from your requests, and you may use it commercially.

Two limits are outside our control and worth understanding: AI output may not be eligible for copyright protection in some jurisdictions, and similar prompts may produce similar results for other users, so output is not exclusive to you. You are responsible for confirming that your use of any output complies with the law where you operate.

You grant us only the limited licence needed to run the service: to transmit your prompt and reference images to the model provider, and to store your content so we can display it back to you. We do not use your content to train models, and we do not publish it.

Acceptable use

You may not use PixRoute to create or distribute:

• Sexual content involving minors, or any content that sexualizes a real person without consent.
• Content that impersonates a real person or organization in order to deceive, including fabricated statements, endorsements, or events presented as real.
• Content that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, or likeness rights.
• Harassment, threats, incitement to violence, or content promoting self-harm.
• Disinformation about elections, public health, or emergencies.
• Anything illegal where you or your audience are located.

You also may not resell raw model access, scrape or automate the service outside a plan we have agreed to, or attempt to circumvent credit accounting or rate limits. Model providers apply their own safety filters, so some prompts will be refused even when they are permitted here.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules. Where a breach is clear and serious, we may do so without notice.

Availability

We depend on third-party model providers. Models can change, become slower, or be withdrawn by their providers at any time, and we may add or remove models accordingly. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or specific output quality.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, PixRoute is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Changes and governing terms

We may update these terms; the date above will change and account holders will be emailed before material changes take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms. See also our Privacy Policy andRefund Policy.
