PixRoute

Refund Policy

Last updated: August 8, 2026

We want you to test PixRoute before you pay. Every new account gets free credits with no card required, so you can check output quality on your own prompts first.

Automatic credit refunds

You are never charged for a run that did not produce output. If a generation fails — on our side or at the model provider — the credits for that run return to your balance automatically, with no request needed. You can see these entries in your account history.

Credits are not refunded for output you simply do not like. AI models are probabilistic and the same prompt can give different results, which is why we offer free credits and low-cost draft tiers to test with first.

Subscriptions

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep your subscription credits until the end of the period you already paid for, and nothing is removed from your account early. We refund a subscription charge in full if you cancel within 14 days of payment without having spent any credits from it, and for duplicate or accidental charges.

Refunds on purchases

We refund the purchase price of a credit pack in these cases:

Partly used packs are not generally refundable, because the credits consumed represent real compute costs already paid to model providers. If your circumstances are unusual, write to us — we would rather resolve it than argue about it.

How to request one

Email contact@pixroute.app from your account email address with the approximate date of purchase and what went wrong. We reply within 3 business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe and typically take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.

Consumer rights

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you have a statutory 14-day right to withdraw from a purchase. By starting to spend credits within that period you agree that the service has begun, which may reduce that right for the credits you have already used. Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under the law where you live.
